Infinity Tools runs sales, promotions, and coupon offers throughout the year. This page explains what those discounts apply to, what they don't, and how they're applied at checkout. An individual promotion may carry additional terms — those will be stated with the offer and take precedence over anything on this page.
The short version
Discounts apply to regular-priced items. Items already reduced below their regular price — clearance, weekly deals, and anything else marked down — are excluded, unless the promotion specifically says otherwise. In other words: you get the sale price or the discount, not both.
What qualifies
Any item selling at its regular price at the time you place your order qualifies, unless the promotion is limited to (or excludes) specific products, collections, or brands. Those limits will be named in the offer.
What's excluded
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, discounts and coupon codes do not apply to:
- Clearance items
- Weekly Tool Deals and other current Specials
- Any item already marked down or on sale
- Package, kit, and quantity pricing that is already discounted
- Items priced under our Lowest Price Guarantee
- Brands with pricing restrictions that prevent further discounting (see our MAP Policy)
- Gift cards
- Previous purchases — discounts cannot be applied to an order after it's placed
- Taxes, shipping charges, and other fees
One discount at a time
Only one promotion, coupon, or discount code may be used per order unless we state that two offers can be combined.
If your cart contains a mix of eligible and excluded items, that's fine — the discount simply applies to the eligible items, and the sale-priced items stay at their already-reduced price. Your cart and checkout totals will show exactly how the discount was applied before you pay.

Amount off products
A fixed dollar amount or percentage off specific products or collections.
- Applies only to the eligible items named in the promotion.
- Applied automatically at checkout, or with a promo code when one is provided.
- Valid while supplies last.
Buy X, get Y
Buy a qualifying item and receive a second item free or at a reduced price.
- The promotional item must be added to your cart for the discount to apply. It will not be added for you.
- The discount applies automatically once both items are in your cart, unless a code is provided.
- Valid while promotional stock lasts. No rain checks or substitutions.
- Limited to one redemption per customer unless the offer states otherwise.
- If you return the qualifying item, the promotional item must be returned as well. If it isn't, its value will be deducted from your refund.
Order-level discounts
A fixed dollar amount or percentage off your order total, calculated before taxes and shipping.
- A minimum purchase amount may be required to qualify.
- Unless explicity stated, the discount is calculated on eligible, regular-priced items only. Excluded items don't count toward a minimum purchase threshold.
- Limit one order-level discount per order.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.
- Applies to standard domestic (inside continental United States) shipping only unless otherwise noted.
- A minimum order value may be required, and is calculated on eligible items.
- Oversized and heavy items may be excluded. International orders are not eligible.

Returns on discounted orders
If you return part of a discounted order and the remaining items no longer meet the offer's requirements — for example, an order minimum or a qualifying item — the discount is recalculated and your refund is adjusted accordingly. See our Return & Refunds Policy.
Common questions
My discount code didn't work. Why?
The most common reason is that the items in the cart are already on sale or on clearance, which makes them ineligible. Other possibilities: the offer has expired, the cart doesn't meet a required minimum, or the code applies only to certain brands or collections. If you're not sure, contact us before placing your order and we'll take a look.
Can I use a coupon on a clearance item?
No. Clearance and sale prices are already discounted, so additional coupons and promotions don't apply to them.
Can I stack two promotions?
Not unless we say so. If two offers can be combined, we'll state it clearly in the offer.
I bought something and it went on sale the next day. Can I get the difference?
Discounts can't be applied to completed orders. If you have questions about a recent purchase, reach out to our team and we'll do what we can.
Other terms
- Online only. These offers apply to orders placed at infinitytools.mom unless stated otherwise.
- While supplies last. Promotions end when the promotional period closes or stock runs out, whichever comes first.
- Non-transferable. Promotions and codes hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Changes and cancellation. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases of fraud, technical error, or pricing error.
- Limits. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or per order.
